Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission

  1. Manuscripts must be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English and submitted online through the journal’s website. Authors are required to register and log in to submit their manuscripts. There is no fee for registration or submission.

  2. Manuscripts should contain 35,000–40,000 characters (excluding spaces), including embedded figures and tables. Appendices are not allowed. Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  3. The manuscript must be prepared on A4-size paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm) with the following margins:

    • Top and outside: 2 cm

    • Inside and bottom: 2.5 cm

Title, Abstract, and Keywords

  • All manuscripts must include the Title, Abstract, and Keywords in English.

Title

  • Maximum 15 words

  • Title case, small caps, bold, centered

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 14, single spaced

Abstract

  • Maximum 250 words

  • No figures or tables

  • Justified alignment

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 10, single spaced

Keywords

  • 3 to 5 keywords or phrases, separated by commas

  • Justified alignment

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 10, single spaced

Manuscript Structure

The body of the manuscript should be written in two columns, with 1 cm column spacing, justified text, and the following format:

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Font size: 11

  • Line spacing: single

  • First line indent: 7.5 mm

The manuscript must include the following sections:

  • Introduction

  • Method

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

Followed by:

  • Acknowledgments (if any)

  • References

Headings Format

Only up to four levels of headings are allowed. Fifth-level headings will not be accepted.

  • Heading 1
    Roman numeral, followed by a period (e.g., I.)
    Title case, small caps, bold, left-aligned
    Font: Times New Roman, size 12, single spaced

  • Heading 2
    Capital letter numbering, followed by a period (e.g., A.)
    Title case, bold, left-aligned
    Font: Times New Roman, size 11, single spaced

  • Heading 3 (not recommended, but acceptable)
    Numbered with lowercase letters followed by a closing bracket (e.g., a))
    Sentence case, italic, hanging indent 7.5 mm
    Font: Times New Roman, size 11, single spaced

  • Heading 4 and below are not accepted.

Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables must be in black and white. If submitted in color, they must remain clear and readable when printed in grayscale.

  • Each figure or table must be clear, appropriately scaled, and readable.

  • Captions must be numbered, written in Times New Roman size 11, and single spaced.

  • For layout purposes, authors must upload figures/tables separately in .tif / .jpg / .jpeg format in a folder apart from the manuscript.

Mathematical Equations

  • Equations must be clearly written, consistently numbered, and include all necessary explanations.

  • Do not include headers, footers, or page numbers in your submission.

  • Remove all hyperlinks and bookmarks from the manuscript.

  • If referencing a URL or email address, write it out fully in regular font.

Citations and References

  • Citations and references must follow APA Style.

  • References must be listed alphabetically.

  • Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley.

  • Wikipedia, blogs, and other non-academic sources are not permitted.

  • At least 80% of references must be primary sources (journals or proceedings).

  • References should come from the last 10 years.

  • Detailed referencing guidelines can be found in the Author Guidelines available on the journal website.

Other Important Notes

  • All manuscripts must be original and free of plagiarism.

  • Authors must download and use the journal template available on the website.

  • The Editorial Board reserves the right to:

    • Reject manuscripts based on peer reviewer feedback.

    • Make necessary language or formatting adjustments without changing the substance of the manuscript.

    • Consult authors for any substantive editing required.
