INNOVERA: Journal of Management, Public Administration, Sustainable Development and Innovation is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content.

To achieve this, the journal implements the following archiving policy:

  1. Digital Archiving
All published articles are digitally archived and stored on the journal’s hosting server. This ensures that content remains accessible even in the event of technical failure or other disruptions.

  2. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS
The journal supports the use of digital preservation systems such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) to ensure secure and permanent archiving of its content across multiple libraries.

  3. Indexing Repositories
INNOVERA submits metadata and full-text content to indexing databases and institutional repositories that support open access preservation.

  4. Self-Archiving by Authors
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit a copy of their published article in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly archives, immediately upon publication. Proper citation and a link to the original publication on the journal website must be included.

  5. File Format
All content is published in PDF format, which is widely supported for long-term digital preservation.

  6. In Case of Journal Discontinuation
If INNOVERA is ever discontinued, all published content will remain accessible via open archives or partnering repositories to ensure continued access for the academic community.
