The journal is published biannually (twice a year), in May and November, and operates under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows authors to retain copyright while enabling others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

There are no article processing charges (APC) for publication, ensuring free and open access for authors and readers alike.
